Responsibilities:
To provide excellent service to customer including food & beverage ordering and serving.
Ensures the food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure smooth operations of the café.
Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Passion for coffee with experience working in leading coffee houses is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Mandarin is an advantage).
Professional barista qualifications would be an advantage.
