- Recommend travel activities & create tailored-made itinerary for visitors
- Give VIP tours to visitors

- Provide insights to other departments regarding to customer needs

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years in customer service of hotel, tourism, aviation, property, mall, luxury retail, club etc.
- University Graduate
