Job Descriptions:To conduct daily operation at the Services Centre to handle all incoming guests’ call properly with courteous manner under the hotel policy and procedure
To provide efficient and professional services to guests through telecommunication
Manage the hotel general email box and refer to related Departments for taking prompt upon request
Requirements:
Service oriented with good communication skills
Good computer skills and any kind of hotel PMS knowledge will be an advantage
Good command of both English and Chinese
Fresh graduates will also be considered
