Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiries via phone calls, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- 1 year or above of work experience in customer service field is a plus
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
- Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
