Customer Service Officer (HKD 18-20k / Double Pay / 5 days)


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries via phone calls, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above
  • 1 year or above of work experience in customer service field is a plus
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
  • Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
